Aujourd hui, the fine dining room at the Four Seasons Hotel Boston, is considered one of the city's finest restaurants. It is one of only two restaurants in Massachusetts to receive the coveted AAA Five Diamond Award. Aujourd hui was awarded Zagats highest rating for Food, Service and DnAor in the 2001 Survey of Boston Restaurants. It was recognized as Best Restaurant and having the Best Wine List in Boston by Food and Wine in 2000. Large picture windows afford diners an unmatched view of the Public Garden, with its idyllic lagoon and swan boats. Executive Chef Edward Gannon has a flair for creating contemporary dishes based on the freshest regional ingredients available and the desserts prepared by Pastry Chef Tom Ponticelli are superlative.
